Sterling Talent Solutions is excited to be a vendor and presenter at the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) Annual Conference and Tradeshow at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto, Ontario from February 1st to 3rd. The 75th Annual HRPA Conference is the second largest Human Resources conference attracting human resources and business professionals from Canada and across the globe. Attendees will learn information on the latest human resources trends in following tracks: Occupational Health and Safety, Employee Relations, Leadership Development and Organizational Culture, Learning and Talent Development, Performance and Rewards, Organization Design and Development, Function Management and Research. There are keynote speakers, more than 130 professional development break-out sessions with HR experts, networking opportunities and an industry tradeshow.

Iain Murray, National Sales Executive at Sterling Talent Solutions, is presenting ”Know Your Criminal Background Check-Hiring More Confidently in Canada and Abroad” on Friday, February 3rd at 11 am. Iain’s presentation will explore the best practices for obtaining Criminal Record Checks in Canada and globally, gain a greater understanding of the nuances of screening in Canada and abroad and learn how to build or revise a background screening policy.
